The estate of Ralph H. Nix has listed for sale a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 6113 Second St. in Beaumont for $119,900.

The 2,040-square-foot house was built in 2010. Monica DeMore of Keller Williams Realty is the listing agent.

Nix was the owner of Piping Accessories Inc., a company that specializes in pipe support fabrication. He was the first apprentice coordinator of the Pipefitters Local at Lamar College and served in the U.S. Navy during World War II.

He attended Vidor High School.

He died in January 2010.
