General counsel buys Riverdale home for $1.88M

Medium e84f59cd9a65b54bfb691ed6668ada5d Jeffrey Wechselblatt and Daniella Fuchs bought a home at Riverdale/North Riverdale/Fieldston from Hal Dorfman for $1.88 million on March 1.

The property was previously acquired for $900,000 in September 2010. The 3,020-square-foot house was built in 1950.

Wechselblatt is a general counsel at Lone Pine Capital, a hedge funding and capital outlay firm. Previously, he was an associate at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP and an attorney at Friedman Kaplan Seiler & Adelman LLP and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP.

He received a B.A. in history from Columbia University and a J.D. from Columbia University School of Law.

Dorfman is the owner and principal at Hal Dorfman Architect.

He attended Pratt Institute.
