Risk manager buys home in Flatbush for $1.5M

Medium 439a3e8acfcb2b8c5473326a44b3d4b7 Riccardo Rinaldi bought a house at 636 E. 19th St. in Flatbush from Roger Friedman and Margaret Friedman for $1.5 million on May 30.

The Friedmans paid $1.37 million for the property in June 2006. The 2,934-square-foot house was built in 1915 in Fiske Terrace-Midwood Park Historic District.

Rinaldi works as a risk manager at Barclays Capital. Before joining Barclays, he served the same position at Credit Suisse and worked in the interest rate derivatives sales department of UBS.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 68 home sales in Flatbush during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $266,250.
