Sebastian Kaufmann and Rike Kaufmann sold a 1,887-square-foot condo at 30 Main St. in Dumbo to Roy Chan for $2.03 million on June 7.

Unit 6B is one of the 87 units in The Sweeney Building, an 11-story condo built in 1910 in the Dumbo Historic District.

Sebastian Kaufmann is a partner in the capital transactions and real estate practice group at the New York and Frankfurt offices of the law firm King & Spalding LLP. He concentrates his practice on commercial real estate transactions.

He holds a J.D. and a Ph.D. from the University of Hamburg. He also holds an LL.M. from Columbia University.

Rike Kaufmann is a senior art director at SelectNY, a marketing and communications firm.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 44 condo sales in Dumbo during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $1.12 million.
