Chief music strategist takes $1.2M condo in Dumbo

Medium 3c7a6e70efb3588a7c0b377907a27617 David Leinheardt bought a condo at 96 Main St. in Dumbo from Kelly A. Fagan and Chad M. Sipkin for $1.24 million on May 2.

The 5,383-square-foot property is part of The Clocktower condominium development, which was built in 1930. It is located in the Dumbo Historic District.

Leinheardt serves as a partner and chief music strategist at Duotone Audio Group.

He attended the University of Michigan.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 44 home sales in Dumbo during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $1.22 million.
