Keith Fleer and Jillian Fleer bought a three-bedroom, 1.5-bath home at 408 10th St. in Park Slope from Frank Prindle, Graciela L. Prindle and Jessica L. Prindle for $1.9 million on June 1.

The Prindles paid $1.6 million for the property in May 2005. The 3312-square-foot home was built in 1899.

Keith Fleer is an entertainment lawyer and the owner of Keith G. Fleer A Professional Corporation in Los Angeles. He previously worked at Loeb & Loeb LLP. Prior to that, he was executive vice president at Melvin Simon Productions.

He has a B.A. in government from American University and a J.D. from American University Washington College of Law.

Jillian Fleer is the president of CuraScents, a fragrance company in Santa Monica, Calif.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 199 home sales in Park Slope during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $649,500.
