Traci M. and Ronald P. Ehilers sold a two-bedroom, two-bath home at 670 Town Center Drive, Unit 416, in Newport News, to James W. and Debra I. Vollmer for $275,000 on Jan. 13.

The 1,750-square-foot, one-story home last sold for $360,400 in February 2010. It is located in the Point at City Center condo development.

According to BlockShopper, there have been 2,262 home sales in Newport News during the past 12 months with a median sale price of $142,650.
