Wenbin Lin and Junjia Lin bought a 1,048-square-foot condo at 41-07 Bowne St. in Queens from Pei Jen Hu for $418,800 on April 16.

The condo is located in Flushing and was built in 1962.

Wenbin Lin works in web support at the information technology office of Stony Brook University's College of Engineering. He previously served as a student assistant at the Center for International Program at the State University of New York at New Paltz, where he also worked as a guitar tutor.

He majored in computer science at the State University of New York-New Paltz and at the State University of New York-Stony Brook.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 512 condo sales in Queens during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $302,100.
