Moshova paid $476,580 for the property in Dec. 2011. The 4,420-square-foot condo, Unit 13A, is part of the Beach 101st St. condominium development, built in 2005 and located in the Breezy Point/Belle Harbor/Rockaway Park/Broad Channel.

Moshova is a partner at B4PQ Technology & Custom Solutions, a Manhasset-based information technology services provider. He previously was partner at Catalog & Commerce Solutions LLC.

He holds a B.S. in finance from Fordham University.
