Former pro baseball player relists Alamo Heights 5BD

Medium 0c44a78af52d8291feaa22a4e945269f Brooks Kieschnick and Danielle Kieschnick have relisted a five-bedroom, 5.5-bath home at 210 Joliet Ave. in Alamo Heights for $1.5 million.

The Kieschnicks originally listed the home with Kuper Sotheby's International Realty for $1.38 million in Oct. 2010. They took the home off the market and relisted at the existing price on April 17. Mary Carter of Kuper Sotheby's International Realty is still the listing agent. The Kieschnicks acquired the property in Oct. 2006. The 5,264-square-foot home was built in 1934 and Bexar County assesses the home's value at $1.25 million.

Brooks Kieschnick is a former major league baseball player for the Milwaukee Brewers, Chicago Cubs, Cincinnati Reds and Colorado Rockies with positions as a relief pitcher and left-handed pinch hitter. He retired in 2006.

He attended the University of Texas-Austin.

Danielle Kieschnick has been a recruiting strategy partner and recruiting manager at Rackspace Hosting, an information technology hosting company. She previously held various positions in the company such as lead recruiter and executive leadership recruiter. She also worked as chief operating officer at Kuper Sotheby's International Realty, director for recruiting/employee relations at MessageOne Inc. and senior technology recruiter at Motive Inc.

She attended the University of Texas-Austin.
