Investment firm exec fetches Stonington 4BD for $1.68M

Medium d54d71821d5c4209c41efe051e6fc91e Colin J. Guheen bought a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 220 Wamphassuc Road in Stonington from Lt. Sandra Chen-Davis for $1.68 million on May 1.

The 6,544-square-foot house was built in 2007.

Guheen is the vice president and research analyst at Cowen Group, a diversified financial services firm. He has eight years of experience covering the food value chain in the United States and China. Prior to joining Cowen, he worked at MFS Investment Management.

He holds a B.A. in international political economy from the University of Puget Sound.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 123 home sales in Stonington during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $290,000.
