Cosmetically speaking the interior finishes throughout the house are very dated, but most of the historic architectural detail still remains. There is no central air and the house is cooled with window units. Overall the house is in good condition and and the 1st and 3rd floors have nice layouts. When the 2nd floor was rehabbed/renovated, some of the historic charm was lost.
