Explorer and presidential guide owned this house

Explorer Anthony Fiala owned this house in 1938. He was in command of the Ziegler Polar Expedition from 1903 to 1905. In 1914 Fiala accompanied President Theodore Roosevelt on an expedition into the unexplored wilds of Brazil. He passed away in 1950.
