Building designed by Benjamin Marshall

Marshall, whose work also included the Drake Hotel and South Shore Country Club, designed the Art Deco-style Edgewater Beach Apartments Building in 1928. Known for its pink exterior, it was part of the Edgewater Beach Hotel complex, legendary at the time, with a private beach and seaplane service to downtown.
