Completed in August 2004, [link=http://www.forestglenconstruction.com]Forest Glen Construction[/link] designed and constructed multiple additions and remodeling to this home in The Ponds neighborhood in Lake Forest. On the first floor, a one story study was constructed with a masonry fireplace, coffered ceiling, hardwood floors and Pella windows. An additional garage was constructed and dormers were added to the garages. On the 2nd floor a dormer was added to the rear elevation to add a 3 piece bath. An existing 2nd floor bedroom was expanded on the front elevation and the roof was extended to create a scalloped roof over the front entry.
