Pulitzer Prize winning journalist David Dietz owned this house in 1967. He was science editor for the Scripps-Howard Newspapers and was also science correspondent for NBC News from 1940 to 1945. Dietz won the Pulitzer Prize in 1937 for his coverage of science. He passed away in 1984.
