Former Cavs forward lived here

Former Cavalier Carlos Boozer sold this home in 2005, a year after the team that made him the 34th pick in the 2002 NBA Draft released him into free agency. The Duke star signed a six-year, $70 million dollar contract with the Utah Jazz in 2004. He's still with the Jazz, but the team is currently pursuing trade options for the power forward. Boozer was a member of the 2004 and 2008 U.S. Olympic squads and won a gold medal last year. He currently averages 16 points and 10 rebounds a game.
