Deep Purple bassist and songwriter Roger Glover owned this house from 1981-1985. Deep Purple is considered to be a pioneer of the heavy metal genre. Deep Purple has sold more than 100 million albums and the Guinness Book of World Records once listed them as "the loudest pop group."
