Well,here we are January 3,2011. It's a New Year with a new outlook on Hamptons Real Estate. Southampton Village Real Estate held very strong in 2010, and all the experts agree that 2011 is going to be even a stronger year. Village home prices are becoming more and more stable due to the premier village locations. There is an intrinsic value added to all Village properties. There has always been a certain panache associated with these properties. There is a tremendous amount of new construction going on in the Estate Section, the Ocean and Bayfront communities are bustling along as well. I recently received an inquiry from a prominent builder who only concentrates on the best of the best locations in the Village to build a brand new "Spec" home. This is very encouraging to the market as an key indicator that the Village home market will continue to rise in value. I am betting on the fact that these builders are correct.Personally,in 2010 I experienced my best year ever in the Southampton Real Estate market,surpassing my 2009 year end numbers which had previously been my best year in six years selling Hamptons Real Estate.Here is to a great 2011!
