Ok, I must print here that this price was put into the system with incorrect sales price. I'm guessing that the actual price was either $413,500 but could be incorrect. When it is reported properly in the MLS it should change here. This was a fabulous home and either way the price was great. Homes in this community are going for between $350,000 and $600,000.
