Film critic Judith Crist lived in this building in 1967. She worked for 22 years at the New York Herald Tribune and was the film and theater critic for NBC's "Today Show" for 10 years. Crist has also worked for New York magazine and the New York Post. She appeared in director Woody Allen's "Stardust Memories" (1980). Crist has been an adjunct member of the faculty at Columbia University since 1958.
