This body of this house is very old.may need the third floor to be shifted into a two story. outside work.landscaping and plumbing, rewiring im sure. theres a lot to be done but it is possible. i would say this house is about 33,000 I will invest 20,000 of my own flp this house and put it on the market for 65,000. Very big goal to reach
