Should You Consider a 'Strategic Default' on Your Mortgage? Goodyear, AZ 85395 Your not alone

If you own a home that's NOW worth a lot less then what you paid for it, Should you walk away? Can you walk away? How about morally walk away? If so you have plenty of company.

It seems to be happening everywhere I turn, this is becoming a common discussion, can you blame them, even accounts seem to think it makes sense. Take a look at the property I own, and wonder if I should walk away..Start over and be able to buy another home in 3-4 yrs even sooner. I am 80K upside down and that is low compared to some home owners. When you take a look at people who are in there 50 (ready to retire in 10-15 yrs) to be upside down on there home 80K-150K. The numbers are not there. If the housing market appreciates even at 6% yr which was average for Phoenix for years. High for other States. I will still be upside down at 65. So you tell me!!
