Dontrell Willis paid just under $3 million for this North Miami Beach home in 2006, a half a year before the Marlins traded him to the Detroit Tigers. Willis won the NL Rookie of the Year award (2001) and was named to two All-Star squads (2003, 2005) during his time with the Marlins. He won a World Series with the team in 2003. He has a career ERA of 3.91 and is in the final year of a $29 million contract extension he signed in 2007.
