Department store founder owned this house

Charles Stix was president of Stix, Baer and Fuller Dry Goods Co. when he owned this house in 1912. By the 1950's, the store was doing over 50 million dollars of business a year. Founded in 1892, Stix Baer and Fuller was sold to Associated Dry Goods in 1966 and finally to Dillard's in 1984.
