Hall of Fame football coach Weeb Ewbank owned this house in 1968, the year he guided the New York Jets to victory in Super Bowl III. The game is considered by many to be the greatest upset in professional football history. Ewbank also coached the victorious Baltimore Colts in the 1958 championship game. He coached football for 45 years and passed away in 1998.
