Publisher, Aaron Wyn, owned this house when he passed away in 1967. He founded Ace Books in 1953. Ace Books is the oldest continuously operating science fiction publisher in the United States. Famed Beat Generation writer, William S. Burroughs, first published novel, the semi-autobiographical, "Junky," was published by Ace Books in 1953.
