Cartoonist Will Eisner owned this house in 1967. He was a heralded writer and artist who helped establish the graphic novel movement in the industry. Wizard magazine named him "The most influential comic artist of all time." Michael Chabon's Pulitzer Prize winning novel "Kavalier and Clay" was based in good part on Eisner. He passed away in 2005.
